The ROX4 is back! Ro’rides combined with 4 other workouts. This year we have: run, swim, yoga and power yoga. The yoga sessions will be at Pulitzer Amsterdam and will be given by Anna from movementsyoga. Run and swim will be given by Herns and Babette. Every Sunday, from July 15th until August 25th. #1.Ride X Run at City & Vondelpark, July 15th.
Start at 9AM, 45 minutes ride, 30 minutes run. By Herns.

#2. Ride X Run x Yoga at City, Vondelpark & Pulitzer, July 22nd.
A 45 minute ride, a 15 minute run, 60 minutes yoga. By Babette & Anna (from movementsyoga).

#3. Ride x Run at Zuidas & Beatrix park, July 29th.
A 45 minute ride, a 30 minute run. By Herns.

#4. Ride x Run x Power Yoga at City, Vondelpark & Pulitzer, August 5th.
A 45 minute ride, a 15 minute run, 60 minutes yoga. By Herns & Anna (from movementsyoga).

#5. Ride x Run x Ride x Run at City & Zuidas, August 12th.
The rides are 30 minutes instead of 45 minutes. A 30 minute run, from City to Zuidas. By Herns.

#6. Ride x Run at Zuidas & Beatrix park, August 19th.
A 45 minute ride, a 30 minute run. By Herns.

#7. Ride x Run x Swim at De Mirandabad & City or Zuidas, August 25th.
A 45 minute ride, a 30 minute run, a 30 minute swim. The run from City to De Mirandabad will be 4K, the run from Zuidas to De Mirandabad will be 2,5K. By Herns or Babette.
