Casey

It took less than 24 hours in the Netherlands for Casey to find her way to Rocycle. And she has been hooked ever since. Naturally, Casey decided to take that love and passion to the next level and become one of our amazing instructors. When she’s on that instructor’s bike, she welcomes the mental and physical challenges a Ro’ride brings her and helps her riders to do the same.She’d never turn down a little test, so you can expect lots of windmills, pyramids and H-8s – all in a double tempo, of course. Casey knows that music is instrumental in helping you get to that finish line, and her playlists prove it. There’s something for everyone, but she really loves a bit of techno, house and EDM to make each class a real party on a bike.
