If you’ve ever ridden to the rhythm in one of Dennis’ classes, you’ll know exactly what we’re talking about when we say ‘Denergy’. Light, love and energy positively pour out of this long-time instructor. With four years clipped into that instructor’s bike (hello, 2018!), Dennis is a true Rocycle OG.

Though it may not be the biggest motivator for Dennis, music is pretty important in his classes. Pop, dance and urban tunes pump through the speakers whenever Dennis is guiding his riders as they rise out of the saddle to fly on those bikes. He knows just how hard to push you to help you find the strength and determination within. There’s nothing more fun than 45 minutes in the studio with Dennis.
