And with her up on that instructor’s bike, you’ll leave the studio feeling just the same. Like many of our instructors, Nienke started out as a rider. She struggled in those first classes, but she persevered; and she’s pumped to help all her first-timers do so too. Nienke knows that music is the key to pushing ourselves, to finding our flow and breaking through our limits. She mixes House, Pop and Techno to make those 45 minutes go by in the blink of an eye.
