Rocycle keeps you happy, healthy and well indoors.
Rocycle has a great responsibility to our riders, our studio team, and our instructors to create a safe & healthy environment. We are extremely motivated to open up our studios as soon as possible, and have therefore created a protocol to showcase all our health & safety measures. These are completely in line with the current guidelines set by the government for other businesses that are reopening in the coming weeks, and we will continue to adjust these measures or add new ones when necessary.
We are confident that due to our normal business operandi in combination with the below added measures, we can open back up in a down scaled capacity. But it is important that the conditions in place and measures undertaken are clear and manageable for all locations, employees, and customers, so we want to explain everything thoroughly and concisely here. Please read the protocol carefully.
Implemented measures:
General
Access to our studios is granted only to those who’ve reserved a spot in class. A limited number of people are allowed in each studio, as attached in Appendix C.
Each cycle studio will, at all times, have a maximum of 30 people in, including employees.
At any given time there are 1,5 meters between people
At each studio, 5.200 m3 (cubic meters) of fresh outside air is blown in and dirty air sucked out. This is comparable with renewing the air 15 to 20 times per hour.
There are markings on the floor spaced 1.5 meters apart throughout all locations to ensure safe distance is kept.
When riders wish to purchase water, coffee, or credit packages, only PIN payments are accepted. The PIN machine will be cleaned after each transaction.
