As soon as she landed, this long-time athlete headed straight for Rocycle. And while she started out as just another rider, today you can find her up on that instructor’s bike, inspiring her classes to push through those pyramids, Xs and no-hands sets.Techno, house, disco and a sprinkle of hip-hop get Alex amped up, so she packs her playlists with the best of those genres. She uses music to get her riders out of their heads and into their bodies.
