Alicia

Born and raised in London, Alicia accidentally moved to Utrecht in 2017 after falling in love with the city traveling and spontaneously deciding to stay. After musical theatre and dance training throughout her school and college years, she left her active lifestyle behind for many years to pursue business management. Eventually though, a deeply ingrained passion for movement, music and high energy thankfully called her back to where she belongs: a studio space where working hard and playing hard are the exact same thing! When she’s not in the saddle, Alicia helps people reset their habits, build their happiness levels and realise their dreams through coaching – a passion she brings into the Rocycle studio with her. Her classes are all about getting past any limiting beliefs you have and having the most fun possible whilst you do so.
