Meet Méabh (that’s pronounced Maeve, for the uninitiated!). This Irish transplant brings tons of energy and a deep love for movement to the Roform studio. Each and every class. Before she slipped into her instructor’s gear, you might’ve spied Méabh bouncing around Rocycle as a Studio Assistant. These days, however, you’d better be ready to spice it up with a round of plank to pikes or spider lunges when she’s around. A good banger gets her going, and she pours everything into crafting the perfect playlists for her classes. It’s always a mix of styles, with everything from Fergie to Doja Cat pumping through the speakers. Keen to feel stronger, calmer and more confident?
