Sold! That’s exactly what ran through Merel’s mind when she clicked out of her first ride at Rocycle a few years ago. Though she’d done spinning classes before, she’d never found a place that made her feel so at home, a place where it was as much about building self-esteem as it was about building muscles.Merel is very particular about her playlists, as she wants the music in her classes to trigger emotions and drive her riders to be the best they can be. She’s not constrained by genres so long as the tunes pumping through those speakers have a good beat and flow.
