Whenever we take a look around our incredible and ever-growing community, we are always inspired, always impressed. Each and every one of you is so strong and so amazing, it’s hard not to be knocked off our socks. How did we get so lucky?!
We figured it was about damn time for another challenge. After all, we know you can handle it. You’ve proved yourself enough for us to know!
We are challenging you to ride 10, 20 or 30 times in 30 days. To make the challenge all the sweeter, you can get the #getfiredup pack of 10 rides for €80 or €70 if you’re riding in Utrecht. All credits expire in 30 days after the use of your first credit & you can get the pack up to 3 times per person.
But because we know that you may be feeling juuuust a little daunted by the prospect of such a killer challenge, we figured we should give you a few tips and tricks to help you absolutely smash the Get Fired Up Challenge.
#1. Make your decision and stick to it.
The first step to tackling a challenge is deciding you’re going to do it, so take the plunge and buy that package!
#2. Plan ahead.
With all these workouts in such a short span of time, it’s important to really plan for it. Schedule your workouts like you would a date! And make sure you have some healthy, restorative food prepped so you can refuel easily once you’re exhausted.
#3. Convince a buddy to do it with you.
The power of two is pretty crazy, so we promise roping a friend in to tackle the challenge with you will make it much easier. There’s nothing like being held accountable by your BFF to keep you on the bike.
#4. Don’t forget to let your body recover.
Even if you’re doing 30 rides in 30 days, you want to make sure you take care of that body of yours. Take nightly baths. Sleep a little extra. Whatever your body needs, let it have it. You deserve it!
#5. Remember that these are just 30 days out of 365.
