STRONG15
Our signature 15 minute workout focussing on core, abs and glutes.
- Wednesday – April 1st – Anouk – 8AM
- Saturday – April 11th – Sharon – 5PM
- Saturday – April 18th – Daphne – 8AM
STRONG30
The extended version of our strong15. Still focused on two areas of the body but more time to develop a bigger and harder burn.
- Monday – March 30th – Judith – 5PM
- Sunday – April 5th – Sharon – 8AM
- Wednesday – April 15th – Luuk – 5PM
CARDIO30
A 30 minute high paced class focused on cardio and getting that heart rate high.
HIIT45
A full body 45 minute workout geared both towards cardio and strength training.
