P(RIDE): love is love
At Rocycle, we are absolutely nothing without you, without each other. We are a strong, vibrant and diverse community infinitely bound together by our love for ourselves – keeping ourselves healthy – and our love for each other. Because of that, our community is so important to us, and we want to tell your stories and have them become our stories as well.
With Pride finally upon us (yay!), we wanted to get to know you better so that we can make our Ro’mmunity even stronger. We’ve put together three amazing videos with some of our lovely riders and some of our badass instructors to discuss love, pride, safe spaces and the feeling of belonging.
You may have already spied our first video about what love means and moments when love was wonderfully overwhelming on Instagram on Saturday. But don’t worry, that’s not all! Keep your eyes on our social accounts for the other videos that we’ll be releasing later this week.
This time, we’re focusing on the inspiring, compelling personal stories of Jo Howard (riding with us since 2016), Francesca Sidhu (riding with us since 2017) and power couple Veronique van der Vaart and Sarah Yeguez (both riding with us since 2018). We’ll also be featuring powerful words from Tiela Brown (teaching at Rocycle since 2018) and Jeremy Luwawa (soon to be up on that podium!).
So get ready to feel the love! It’s all there for you, all the time.
