Small but mighty, Cat has a whole lotta energy to give. She loves many things—socializing, zipping around on her bike, drinking coffee—but what she loves most is inspiring her riders and showing them just how strong they are. This South African transplant has lived all over, but she feels most at home here in Amsterdam, here at the Rostudio.

Cat believes that flowing to music is the perfect way to get a natural high. She’s a fan of good, hard bass (the room better shake!), so expect a mix of Acid Trance, Eurotrance, Electronic and Techno. Consider her classes your own personal rave. Though she loves a bit of choreo, Cat is all about the latch. Resistance is the name of the game when she’s teaching. Ready to level up? Ride with Cat.
