Swimming and tennis formed her youth, while CrossFit, triathlons and professional footvolley marked her later years. Now, she’s rounded off all that sport with something a little slower, spicier and more controlled: Roform. Keyla helps her gliders honour their bodies and develop their own practice—because she knows exactly how the body moves and adapts.
When Keyla’s teaching, you can expect a section dedicated to scrambled eggs and a juicy mix of Tropical House and African House.
