It’s not only movement that’s a way of life for Lea. She lives and breathes bikes – in every way. When she’s not fixing them up or cruising down country lanes, she’s getting her riders into beast mode with a little inspiration from up on that instructor’s podium. Though she’s always been into exercising (gymnastics, climbing, tennis – she’s done it all!), Rocycle is the sport that really felt like a safe space for her. Lea wants to spread the joy that Rocycle gives her and help her riders feel it too. While the biggest motivation comes from within for Lea, she knows that great music is the key to reaching new heights in the studio. She likes to play a little of everything from house to 80s pop to disco and techno. Lea’s riders better prepare themselves for some serious push-up sets and a handful of “runners”; she mixes and matches her choreo to get her classes sweaty and smiling. Book a bike with Lea and get ready to push yourself.
