Strong and determined, Thomas knows how to craft a class that challenges riders while making them feel safe. Throw in his killer choreo thanks to years on stage, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for a fabulous instructor. 

Even though Thomas believes that that the truest motivation has to come from within, he’s never shied away from the power of a good playlist to get his riders going. Drum & Bass, Tech House, Pop remixes and classic British tunes (hey, he is half English, after all) are the name of the game for Thomas. Whether he’s guiding you through an insane set of tap-backs or high-fiving you at the end of those 45 minutes, Thomas is the ultimate inspiration.
