Though corporate life is certainly stimulating for Anna, she felt she needed something a little more in life to be fulfilled. And what was that thing? Becoming a Rocycle instructor. Now, this powerhouse is doing both. In fact, she’s doing it all, really! She loves getting up on that instructor’s podium, sweating it out and inspiring her riders for those 45 minutes. 

When she’s teaching, Anna pays careful attention to her playlists, as she knows that the right song not only amps up the fun levels but also pushes you to keep going – even in during a killer set of juicy tap-backs or a long stretch of double-time riding. EDM and Dance music are her faves, but she never shies away from a little remix either. Book a bike with Anna to switch off, challenge yourself and grow beyond what you ever thought possible.
