But each and every day, she is a bubbly, energetic Rocycle instructor, one who lives for making rhythm- based cycling fun and empowering for her riders. The Berlin native adores creating a space where energy and connection grow. For her, those 45 minutes are about becoming the strongest version of yourself—inside and out.
