Whenever we meet instructors that were dancers in a past life, we know we’ve found something special. Because they really know how to move. Beau is just such an instructor, a true natural on the bike. She loves hopping in the saddle, tuning the outside world out and tuning into what’s within. And she loves helping her riders do that even more.

While she just can’t get enough of tap-backs, Beau likes pretty much every move on the bike. So long as she’s got the perfect playlist to go with it. From old-school House to top 40s Pop, from Hardcore to Afro Beats, expect to hear it all in her classes.
