Carla’s mantra? Showing up. Every. Single. Day. Even when you’re tired. Even when you don’t feel like it. She knows that movement can completely change the way you feel in your body—and the way you see yourself. She loves helping her gliders build confidence, resilience and strength, both physically and mentally. Though she has a hard time picking a favorite exercise on the machine, she always comes back to the classics. A well-executed lunge or a strong saw, plus a super crunch, of course.
