When life threw lemons at Carmen, she made serious lemonade. She found her way to Rocycle as a studio assistant, but as soon as she got the chance to try Roform, she was hooked. Now, she loves sharing the same uplifting energy and sense of fulfillment that Roform gave her from the very start. Carmen’s classes are all about moving together, pushing together, laughing together and, most of all, having a damn good time together.

Carmen believes that the right playlist is key to keeping her classes motivated throughout those 50 minutes. Her tracks swing from Techno to Latin—with a little bit of Michael Jackson for good measure.
