Munich is certainly where Emily lives—she grew up here, she works here—but the studio is undoubtedly her home. As a passionate mover, she jumped on the chance to become an instructor as soon as she heard Rostudios was set to open. Now that she’s here, pushing riders and guiding gliders, Emily is proof positive that a workout can be a damn good time. Whether it’s 45 minutes of Rocycle or 50 minutes of Roform, proper technique is key in Emily’s classes. Badass beats are her bread and butter; that’s why she loves creating dynamic playlists packed with EDM, Techno and a bit of Pop.
