Half Frisian, half Colombian and all passion, Hedwig loves nothing more than bringing people together – on and off the bike. For Hedwig, each class that she teaches is an opportunity, an opportunity to help her riders feel happier, stronger and more motivated, no matter where they come from or where they’re going. Though she’s a little newer to the Ro’fam, she’s got fitness running through her veins, and her years of experience as an instructor means she knows exactly what she’s doing up on that podium. When the music starts, Hedwig just can’t help but move; it elevates her mood and her drive. Whether she’s playing Latin, Dutch hip-hop or dance music, Hedwig makes each of her classes a sweaty, inspiring therapy session.
