Spontaneous and curious, Henriëtte loves to learn and, of course, to teach. She came to The Hague to deepen her understanding of the mind-body connection and share it with like-minded people. These days, she can’t get enough of guiding her gliders through plank-to-pikes, hundreds and crunches here in the Rostudio. When the going gets tough—and in Henriëtte’s class, it often does—she looks to music to help people push through. With the right track, those last couple seconds in a hold feel like a cinch and coming back into your body becomes a no-brainer.
