Outside of the studio, this American transplant works as a registered dietician; her work at Rocycle and beyond is all about helping people connect with their bodies, feel like the best versions of themselves and take charge of their health. The perfect combination if you ask us!

Growing up as a dancer, Kristen naturally knows how to move. She also knows just how important music is for motivation and to get that body going. She likes to play a mix of House, Techno, EDM and Pop remixes, but as long as there’s a great beat, she’s in. Kristen sees each of her riders as individuals, so she makes sure her classes are personal and fun (of course!). Ride with Kristen to let go of judgment and focus on YOU.
