Whether it’s a long run, a heavy leg day at the gym or an absolutely killer Ro’ride, Larissa can’t get enough as long as she’s moving and sweating. Though she was raised in New Zealand, Larissa’s Dutch roots were too strong to ignore, so she followed the call of the Netherlands and landed in Rotterdam here with us at Rocycle. Music is a huge part of her life, so you can bet that you’re going to lose yourself to the music when you ride with Larissa. Though she’s particularly keen on dance music, she likes to mix things up in class to keep you on your toes.
