Laura H

Born in Portugal, raised in Thailand, living in Berlin. Whew! There’s a whole lot to our fab instructor, Laura H. As soon as she clipped into that bike for the first time, she was able to shut off the outside world and dial into herself. When she’s teaching, she wants to give that exact same feeling to her riders. Ah! Heaven.

All of our instructors know the importance of music as a motivator, but none more so than Laura H. She’s a performer through and through (she loves getting up on stage with her guitar as much as getting up on that instructor’s podium), so she uses her playlists packed with Pop, Hip-Hop and R&B to show her stuff. Don’t be surprised if you hear her singing along. Come to Laura H’s classes for great music, serious motivation and the feeling of being unstoppable. You won’t regret it.
