When we first found out that Lena moonlights as a personal development coach when she’s not sweating it out at the studio or powering through her days in project management, we must admit we were not surprised. She knows how to get the very best out of everyone she meets, and that’s no different with her Ro’riders. This Russian transplant loves sharing her passion and her energy to motivate and encourage her classes.

Lena is always careful when creating her playlists, as she wants to uplift her riders and take them on a journey. Though she usually opts for EDM, electronic, pop or Latin music, she likes to shake things up with an unexpected beat every now and again. Lena loves tap-backs and pyramids, but the dance vibes are what really get her going. We never miss Lena’s class when we want to find community, inspiration and the best versions of ourselves.
