With a little Italian blood and a lot of Latin flair, Lucia brings the fire to the Roform studio. Passionate about yoga and Pilates, she’s more interested in the flow, the connection and the way a class makes you feel than the way it makes you look. For her, the studio is a place to learn and grow every day, and she gives the very same gift to her students. Lucia believes that the right music can change an experience entirely. Especially when that experience is 50 minutes of shaking and burning on the machine. A Swifty who’s also into Latino rhythms, she is a chameleon when it comes to her playlists.
