Rhythm is pretty much in Lysanne’s blood, so are you surprised she ended up here at Rocycle? We sure aren’t! When she’s not grooving up on that instructor’s bike, Lysanne is dancing her heart out at a dance company here in Brussels. She moves just about every day, crafting the perfect choreo for her classes, teaching dance workshops or sweating it out on the bike. Lysanne brings her infectious energy and strong musicality to each and every class.

When she wants to create the right vibe in a room (like in the studio, duh!), Lysanne harnesses the power of music. Expect juicy beats and killer momentum in her mix of Techno and Electronic tunes and prepare for a few heavy rounds of push-ups.
