With a background in yoga, Pilates and somatic therapy, Paris knows a thing or two about the body—and how to get the most out of it. Movement’s been a big part of her life for as long as she can remember; now, Paris loves getting her gliders in the zone and motivating them to power through juicy platform lunges.

In class (and in life!), music is crucial for Paris. Whatever the genre, she always picks beats that make you want to work. Don’t say we didn’t warn you! Paris’s ultimate goal is to bring minds home to bodies, so if you’re up for a challenge, keen to find your strength and yourself, never miss one of her classes.
