Romy is as sporty as they come. She’s been moving and grooving ever since she was little, so when Rostudios opened up in Rotterdam, this Roffa native was obviously an early adopter. When Romy is teaching, the room becomes a serious safe space. During those 50 minutes, gliders can learn, fail and grow, becoming their authentic selves along the way. Music is huge for Romy. She knows it’s a powerful tool, one that gives you that final push to focus on the movement and finish strong. Though she’s especially partial to spider lunges, Romy likes switching it up when it comes to exercises. As long as her gliders are moving with their breath, she’s happy.
