On the one hand, an introspective literary fiend, but on the other, a vibrant, extroverted groovy gal who loves to get her riders pumped up during those 45 minutes in the studio. She can’t get enough of bringing people together – both on and off the bike – and making her classes feel like home.

Choreo is second nature for Sabine; she weaves together the perfect playlists that guide her riders and help them focus. Strong beats and thick bass are always on deck when Sabine is teaching. She always gets her riders synced to the beat, whether they’re powering through push-ups or hitting that double-time, and brings the energy and joy. Riding with Sabine gives us goosebumps!
