A career as an internationally renowned ballet dancer took Stef all over the world, but his heart brought him back to Amsterdam – and here to Rocycle. Before he joined the Ro’fam, Stef was always on the move: dancing, Pilates, yoga. Today, he brings that same passion for movement, that love for both choreo and mindfulness to the stuio, creating some of the grooviest, most fun rides ever. 

Stef believes that music is not only an important motivator for exercise but that it’s actually one of the most important things in life, so you know his playlists have to be good. He likes to mix things up with disco tracks, pop hits and classic songs so that every rider has something to connect to during those tap-backs or pushes out of the saddle. But no matter what’s blasting through those speakers, he wants each and every person in his class to feel safe, seen and heard. Book a bike with Stef to work hard but play harder.
