A self-proclaimed ‘vibe architect’, Zoey knows how to bring the energy and set the mood—especially here in the Roform studio. She’s lived all over (and lived many different lives), but these days, she’s happy in Berlin, helping her gliders work with their bodies to make big changes.

When Zoey wants to get her classes into the perfect flow state, she turns to music. Pretty much all genres are welcome when she’s teaching, as long as she can build a cinematic experience.
