Additional Terms & Conditions for Memberships at Rostudios

1. General Information

1.1. By creating an account on the Rostudios Application or official website (www.rocyclestudios.com), or by signing up for a membership (referred to as “Flex4”, “Flex8”, “Flex12”, “Unlimited”) via the Website, Application, or at any Rostudios location, individuals automatically accept these Terms and Conditions and become members (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”) of Rostudios.

2. Terms and Conditions

2.1. These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Rostudios and define the legal relationship between Rostudios and the Member.

2.2. Rostudios reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2.3. Rostudios may increase its prices annually, up to a maximum of 9% per year.

3. Memberships

3.1. Members enter into a membership for the agreed term as outlined on the website and application. The membership term begins on the purchase date of the first 4-week block.

3.2. Rostudios offers the following membership types:

  • Flex and Unlimited

3.3. Membership prices may vary by city and country. The correct prices per region can be found on our website: www.rocyclestudios.com/pricing.

3.4. The minimum commitment for Flex memberships is 4 weeks. For Unlimited memberships, it is 52 weeks.

3.5. Members may only book one class per day, regardless of membership type.

3.6. Unused credits for Flex memberships will expire at the end of each 4-week period and do not roll over into the next period.

3.7. All memberships automatically renew after the initial commitment period.

3.8. After the initial 52 weeks, the Unlimited membership will automatically continue as a 4-week, cancel-anytime contract under similar conditions.

3.9. Members must pay for memberships online using a valid credit card. No other payment methods are accepted.

3.10. Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless written permission is obtained from Rostudios.

3.11. Members must provide valid identification upon request when on Rostudios premises.

3.12. Members may access Rostudios facilities during operational hours.

4. Membership Fees

4.1. Membership fees must be paid online via credit card for each 4-week block.

4.2. Members only receive credits in their account after the successful 4-week credit card charge. If a credit card payment fails, the membership will automatically pause, and credits will not be added to the Member's account.

4.3. Members are responsible for providing correct credit card information, which can be filled out in their online account at www.rocyclestudios.com.

4.4. Discounts may be offered during promotions but apply only to the first 4 weeks unless stated otherwise. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

4.5. Rostudios imposes a flat fee of €10 for any missed classes or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class start time.

4.6. Cancellation requests due to emergencies must be submitted in writing to hello@rocyclestudios.com. Rostudios retains sole discretion to waive fees based on validity.

5. Privacy

5.1. Rostudios processes personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

5.2. Personal data may be used for billing, communications, market research, and fraud prevention.

5.3. Members have the right to access, correct, or object to their personal data.

6. Termination

6.1. Flex memberships can be canceled at any time via the Member’s account on the Rostudios website.

6.2. Unlimited memberships must be canceled by email to hello@rocyclestudios.com. Cancellations will only take effect after the 52-week commitment period has been completed.

6.3. Members relocating beyond a 50km radius of a Rostudios location may terminate their membership early upon providing proof of relocation.

6.4. Rostudios reserves the right to terminate memberships for non-payment, inappropriate behavior, or other violations of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Suspension

7.1. Memberships may be temporarily suspended for medical reasons, pregnancy, or injury upon written request and approval by Rostudios.

7.2. Payment obligations are deferred during suspension, and the contract term is extended accordingly.

8. Hours of Operation

8.1. Rostudios reserves the right to adjust operating hours or close facilities for holidays, maintenance, or events.

9. Complaints and Changes

9.1. Members must promptly inform Rostudios of changes to personal information.

9.2. Complaints should be addressed to our online customer service team only, which can be reached via email at hello@rocyclestudios.com.

10. Liability

10.1. Rostudios is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings unless due to willful misconduct or negligence.

11. Internal Rules

11.1. Members must adhere to Rostudios’ internal rules and maintain proper conduct. Rostudios reserves the right to deny access for violations.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by local law, Belgium, Dutch or German, depending on where the membership is being used.

12.2. If any provision is deemed invalid, all other provisions remain enforceable.
