Q: What are Ro’memberships?

A: Ro’memberships are monthly Rocycle subscriptions. You only have to purchase a membership once. After that your membership will automatically renew every month.

Q: When will my membership renew?

A: Your membership will renew monthly on the same date. This is the date you purchased your first membership, for example every 10th of the month. 

Q: How can I purchase a membership?

A: You can get your membership on our website here. It is not available in the app or in the studios. 

Q: How can I pay for my membership?

A: We only offer Credit Card. The monthly payments will be collected from your credit card. 

Q: Can I cancel my membership?

A: Yes, you can cancel your membership in your account on a monthly basis (only on the website). You can cancel anytime, before the extension date of your membership. The cancellation will go into effect as of next month. 

Q: Can I take unused credits with me to the next month?

A: No. The unused credits will expire, you cannot take them with you to the next month. 

Q: What will happen to my credit if I cancel a ride?

A: Depending on the time window of your cancellation:

  • >12 hours before the ride: your credit will be added back to your account. You can use this credit to book another ride. 

  • <12 hours before the ride: your credit will be lost. 

Q: Can I book multiple bikes in a class with my membership?

A: No, you can only book one bike per person with a membership. 

Q: Am I still able to purchase credit packages besides my membership?

A: Yes, you can purchase multiple memberships and packages on one account.
